On February 27, 2010 Snapshots By Jess will be donating a Photo Session with the Works to the silent auction at the Bob Bard Benefit. Bob is a very close friend of ours who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. When I heard about the benefit, I was eager to help in whatever way I could.
I have donated a gift certificate valued at over $450 to the silent auction. It includes an on-location portrait session, a spiral-bound proof book from the session, a DVD slide-show and a $200 reprint credit! This is a great opportunity for you to get your hands on full session with me and help a local member of our community at the same time. I’ve also heard of some other great items being donated to the auction, such as a pig roast for 50 people, a week’s vacation in Stone Harbor, Penn State Football Tickets, custom made furniture and a lot more. Even if you aren’t interested in my photo session, there might be something else that sparks your interest! If anything, come out for the fun – if you know Bob and his group of friends and family – it’s GUARANTEED to be a great time!
The benefit is being held at the American Legion Post 34 on Arcadia Rd Lancaster, PA. Festivities start at 7:00 and run till midnight. Tickets are a $25 donation and include snacks, soda, beer, music dancing and lots of fun! DJ Mike Miller from Kiss FM 99.3 will be spinning tunes all night and I’ve heard he knows how to party!
Tickets can (and should) be purchased in advance as there are a limited number of tickets and we want to make sure you are guaranteed entry. Any left-over tickets will be available at the door, but contact us today so we can hold you a place in the fun!
