This will probably be my last post before taking off on a small vacation. There are just some shots I have to post!
I had the pleasure of working with Erica (my most recent bride) during a little post-wedding bridal session. It was our little version of “Trash The Dress” and I can’t express how thankful I am to her and her sister, Tammy, for the laughs and great shots! Here are just a few of the dirties photos! We stayed pretty clean until the very end…
You’re going to love these!
WARNING!!
Some people may be offended by some of the following shots!
This first shot isn’t too dirty, but captures exactly what I was trying to achieve! This photo will probably make the rounds through lots of Photoshop play in the near future. The idea of “Trash the Dress” isn’t really to trash the dress, but to take the time and explore the environment you live in and get the type of photos that you really wanted but didn’t have the time to get the day of the wedding… plus you are a lot less worried about just a little dirt when it’s all over. I think this shot combines the beauty of the wedding with the ugly…

Okay… I’m only going to set the next few shots up with this:
THANK YOU SO MUCH ERICA and TAMMY!
and most importantly — Erica and Tammy’s mom! A lot of moms would not let their daughters do this to their wedding dress! Way to go Deb! Love ya!

We convinced sister Tammy to join in the fun. She was married almost a year ago… October 20th to be exact! Yes, they are in a creek! These are actually happening! They had a BLAST!
Okay…. so they wanted so bad to dive/jump in, but the water wasn’t even close to deep enough to achieve that… Then then thought about their Uncle who had yet to close his pool… AWESOME!
First Erica…
Then Tammy…
Remember, it is October… so the water wasn’t exactly warm… but boy was it fun…
Here are a few more of Erica…

I can not express how thankful I am for these two to be so willing to have fun with me. There are a lot more shots of Erica and once I go through them I will be posting them somewhere for everyone to enjoy! This post-wedding session is available to anyone, recently married or not. If you find a wedding gown, give me a buzz! I will be making a trip to the beach this summer so if you have the desire to take your gown into the ocean I will let you know when that’s going to happen. Book your wedding with me and I’ll include a post session in the price! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
