Senior Portraits

Senior Pictures… Just another school photo, right? Not quite!

Devon Class of 2010
Knowing how important these images are not only to you, but your family and friends, I believe you should have the freedom and the opportunity to have a portrait session that expresses who you really are. All of my sessions are done on location, and that’s any location – not my location. If you have a special place, we can go there… I’ve been in a hayloft, with puppies and horses, next to graveyards, near ponds, creeks and pools as well as in fields and on stones. As long as it’s legal it’s going to make a great portrait. The more comfortable and happy you are the better you’re going to feel and look.
I also know you’re not a one-trick pony and have your favorite shirt, dress, pair of pants, shoes and hats. So bring them all! Oh and sure, you can bring your flute, basketball, field hockey stick and your pick-up truck. You want your sister in a shot too (no, you’re not crazy!) Mom wants to use this opportunity to get a family shot — okay!
My sessions are $50 and that includes everything you see above and more – if you want. Although if you really want to include EVERYTHING we might have to schedule a whole weekend for your session because that’s a lot! Simply put, I do not limit poses, outfits, props, or time on a session. Typically I work with seniors anywhere from one to two hours and will proof anywhere from 75 images and up.

Miranda Class of 2009
To help keep my cost down, I utilize online proofing, which allows me to show you a lot more images from the session without incurring extra costs on my end. I do make proof books available, if you are interested, for an additional $150. It’s a “yearbook” style book with 6 images per page… allowing me to show you the exact images online in a cost-effective way. The proof book would be yours to keep and images would still be posted online.
When it comes to prints, you are free to order exactly what you want and use as many or as few of the “poses” we captured. I do not set “packages” or limit “poses” per unit or anything like that. You pay for the images you want, nothing more, nothing less.
I hope this helps answer any questions you may have had, but please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like any additional information or to check availability or your ideas. Due to the nature of my sessions, space is limited as I can almost never do more than two sessions in a day due to time and travel.
Thanks for checking in with Snapshots by Jess and Congratulations on your senior year!
